No, you don't need to be home. Many of our Boise clients provide access and go about their day. We treat your home with complete respect and professionalism at all times. Simply leave instructions on how to access the property.

Yes. Zoe Cleaning is fully bonded and insured, giving you complete peace of mind whenever our team enters your home. Your property and belongings are protected on every visit.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you're not happy with any area we've cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at absolutely no additional cost.
What cleaning products do you use?▾
We use effective, environmentally responsible cleaning products that are safe for your family, children, and pets. If you have specific preferences, allergies, or sensitivities, just let us know and we'll happily accommodate.
What are your hours of operation?▾
We're available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Sunday appointments are available by prior arrangement — just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?▾
No, we bring everything needed for your clean. Our team arrives fully equipped with all supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your specific products, just let us know in advance.
How long does a cleaning take?▾
It depends on the size of your home and the type of service. A regular cleaning for a standard 3-bedroom home typically takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleans and move-in/out services take longer. We'll give you an estimate when you book.
Can I skip or reschedule a cleaning?▾
Absolutely. We understand life gets busy. Just give us at least 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule your appointment at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a small fee.
Do you offer discounts for recurring service?▾
Yes! Regular clients on weekly or bi-weekly plans receive preferred pricing. The more frequently we clean, the more efficient each visit becomes, which we pass on to you as savings. Ask us about recurring service rates.
Is the first cleaning different from regular visits?▾
Often yes — if your home hasn't been professionally cleaned recently, we recommend starting with a deep clean so we can get everything to a high baseline. After that, regular maintenance cleanings keep it in great shape with less effort.
